Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association (RTIA)  will be held on Conference Room, GS1 HK, 22/F OTB Building,160 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Tuesday 11 October 2011 at 3:00 pm.

For the purposes of considering and if thought fit, passing the following Resolution : -
1. To consider and if approved accept the fiscal year’s account;
2. To consider and if approved accept the report on the activities of the Association during the past year;
3. To appoint the auditor for the ensuing year;
4. To transact any other business of the Association.
