Retail Innovation Summit 2018
The Retail Innovation
That Makes Hong Kong a Smarter City

The business environment of the retail industry is changing rapidly. How should we make good use of innovative retail technologies to create an ideal business environment and make Hong Kong a truly smart city?

Organised by Hong Kong Retail Technology Industry Association (RTIA), the 4th “Retail Innovation Summit” will be held on July 5, 2018. The summit aims to promote exchanges among the industry, as well as to share leaders’ wisdom, and provide advices for the retail industry in Hong Kong.

The summit invited several guests to share their views and ideas with us. The transformation of big corporations is difficult and the resources of SMEs are limited. How to deploy investments to meet the new era of smart city? It is hoped that the summit will help the retail industry find an answer.
